The Student Recreation Center collaborates with various departments on campus such as the Counseling Center, Health Center, Recreation Programs, Office of Sustainability and Dining Services. Together we make students aware of the opportunities to successfully engage in our six dimensions of wellness: Emotional, Occupational, Intellectual, Physical, Social and Spiritual.

Fitness Friday takes place on the first Friday of every month from 1pm-3pm in the SRC Lobby.

Available Programs: Personal Training, Group Exercise Classes, Personal Trainer Certification Course, Small Group Training, Body Composition Testing, Consult with our Campus Dietitian and more!
