The Student Recreation Center collaborates with various departments on campus such as: the Counseling Center, Health Center, Recreation Programs, Office of Sustainability and Dining Services. Together, we make students aware of the opportunities to successfully engage in our six dimensions of wellness: Emotional, Occupational, Intellectual, Physical, Social and Spiritual.

Fitness Friday takes place on the first Friday of every month from 1pm-3pm in the SRC Lobby.

Available Programs: Personal Training, Group Exercise Classes, Personal Trainer Certification Course, Small Group Training, Body Composition Testing, Consult with our Campus Dietitian and more!
