Fitness Fridays are always the first Friday of every month!
The Student Recreation Center collaborates with various departments on campus such as the Counseling Center, Health Center, Recreation Programs, Office of Sustainability and Dining Services and together we make students aware of the opportunities to successfully engage in our six dimensions of wellness, Emotional, Occupational, Intellectual, Physical, Social and Spiritual. Fitness Friday takes place on the first Friday of every month from 1pm-3pm in the SRC Lobby.
